Terms

Thank you very much for choosing to book at Annitas Village Hotel. We hope you enjoy your stay. The following terms and conditions apply to your booking. Prices are in euros per room per night, including taxes and Greek breakfast.
Wireless internet access is free.
The rooms are available from 14:00 pm.
The departure time from the rooms is at 12:00 pm. Late checkout is available until 18:00 pm, with an additional charge and depending on availability. Parking is free for our hotel customers. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and in places where there is a prohibition sign, e.g. at the reception area. Pets are allowed upon consultation with the manager prior to booking.

Reservation Policy

To complete the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total cost or at least equal to the cost of one night’s stay, depending on which of the two amounts is greater, is required. In the first stage of the process you will be sent a provisional confirmation, which will contain all the details of your booking. Then, after paying the deposit, you will receive a final booking confirmation e-mail.
The reservation will not be considered confirmed until you receive a final confirmation email from the hotel.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by Visa or Master Card.
Final confirmation of the reservation is provided after payment of the deposit.
If payment is not made as scheduled, the reservation will be automatically canceled without notice.
The Customer is obliged to pay the Accommodation Tax imposed by the Greek Government. The Accommodation Tax is paid by guests upon arrival and is calculated per night. Payment is made in cash.
Any other charge for additional services provided during the Guest’s stay will be paid immediately or charged to the account of each room. The Customer must pay the total cost for each room booked before departure.

Cancellation, amendment and no-arrival policy

A request to cancel or change a confirmed reservation is only accepted in writing by fax or e-mail. Date changes are subject to hotel availability, and the following cancellation rules apply:
The deposit and any additional payments are fully refunded if the cancellation is made 21 days before the scheduled arrival.
In case of cancellation of three or more rooms (group bookings), the deposit is fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before arrival, depending on the season and the number of rooms.
The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 21 days (at least 30 days for group bookings) before the scheduled arrival or in case of no-show.
Late arrival is charged with 100% of the overnight stay.
In case of early departure, an additional charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the unrealized, but agreed, overnight stays applies.

Children and extra bed policy

Children 7 years and older are considered adults. A child up to 6 years old is not charged when staying with parents and sharing existing bedding.
An extra bed in a superior double room is charged according to the hotel’s pricing policy.
A cot is provided at no extra charge and upon request.
The maximum capacity for extra beds/cots in a superior room is 1.

Material damage to the hotel

Our Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel room or furniture and equipment therein, as well as to the hotel unit due to any act or omission attributable to them or their guests. In this case, the Customer is liable for the damages jointly with the Visitors and their invitees. If material damage is detected after the Guests’ departure, our Hotel reserves the right to charge the Customer’s credit or debit card. In this case, our Hotel reserves the right to charge the Customer the cost of replacing any items destroyed or removed by the Customer, Guests or their invitees without the Hotel’s consent. The charge will be the full amount to replace the lost or damaged item, furniture or equipment.
